After taking a few lessons from the trainer in the camp, your child could practice martial arts at home and remain fit and strong forever. Martial arts exercises would prevent your child from becoming obese. The exercises improve the body metabolism, make muscles strong and joints flexible and stretch the body so that blood flows freely in the whole body.
If children are to have any hands on contact with animals, be certain to obtain permission slips from parents. Provide antibacterial hand wipes and rub on hand sanitizer as a part of each kids goodie bag to keep it clean!
I also give my children chlorella as a way to teach them good health choices. As a medical doctor who specializes in nutrition, one of the most important things I can do for my children is to get them in the habit of choosing nutritious foods and whole food supplements. That is why my kids watch me take chlorella every day.
